A little over 22 years ago we conceptualized the idea of building an innovative architectural consultant firm equally as committed to fostering meaningful relationships within its community as it was to unparalleled excellence in design.
Our humble beginnings as a small design office in YMCA, Calicut taught us the importance of integrity and character. The initial success we achieved through the development of commercial buildings quickly emerged into a portfolio of unique ventures including Commercial complexes, Shopping Malls, Residential Flats, Auditoriums, and more.
Today we maintain a similar approach and an unwavering commitment to the communities we serve. With over hundred’s of projects seen through to construction completion, we continue to instill the same values in all of our projects and relationships with clients, developers, consultants and contractors. Our exemplary record of delivering projects within budget and on schedule is a result of our pledge to the highest level of personal involvement from beginning to end. Today we’re immensely honoured and proud to be involved on the design of over 70 projects each year.
As we evolve, we are seeking out and hiring the most talented people in the industry, fostering an atmosphere of creativity, teamwork and achievement. Our people are crucial to our success and with an expanding team and enhanced design process, we are strongly positioned for the future as we push for more diverse projects and introduce our design concepts to new markets.
